How to Apply for Windham & Windsor Housing Trust Shared Equity Program
Complete a homebuyer education workshop offered by the Windham & Windsor Housing Trust Homeownership Center (available in person and via Zoom). Meet with a homeownership counselor for 1:1 counseling to discuss down payment assistance eligibility. Get pre-approved for a mortgage through a local lender. Find an eligible home and apply for the shared equity grant.
