How to Apply for York Housing Authority HCV Homeownership Program
Must be a current Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) participant. At least one adult must have been employed full-time for the past year (waived for elderly/disabled). Must not be within the first year of the HAP contract. Must complete the First Time Home Buyers Workshop sponsored by the Housing Alliance of York.
