  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) within the City of Annapolis.
  • Homebuyer education required: No

Step 1: Contact the City of Annapolis Department of Planning and Zoning for current MPDU availability and application instructions. Homebuyer must contribute a minimum of 1% of the sales price from their own funds.
