Step 1: Visit athenshabitat.com to check application availability. Applicants must demonstrate a need for adequate housing, the ability to meet financial obligations within Habitat income guidelines, and a willingness to partner. Partner families provide a $500 down payment and complete 500 sweat equity hours on Habitat job sites.
