How to Apply for Barnstable County HOME Loan Program
Step 1: Contact the Housing Assistance Corporation at (508) 771-5400. Complete a first-time homebuyer education course through HAC before applying. Loan amount is awarded based on need.

Administered in conjunction with the Housing Assistance Corporation of Cape Cod. Program was recently increased from a maximum of $10,000 to $20,000.
