How to Apply for City of Coconut Creek First-Time Homebuyer Purchase Assistance Program
Contact the Broward County Housing Finance Division or work with an approved lender. Funds are awarded on a first-come, first-qualified basis. A HUD-approved homebuyer education course is required. Lead-based paint inspections are required for properties built before 1978.
