Partnership between City of Charlotte and Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta. Targeted at first responders, public school employees, and frontline essential workers purchasing in Charlotte city limits. Purchase price limit $300,000. Funding is limited and subject to availability — check with DreamKey Partners or City of Charlotte Housing Division for current funding status. Specifically targets the 80-120% AMI gap that House Charlotte does not fully serve at its highest tier.
