How to Apply for Dallas Homebuyer Assistance Program (DHAP)

Complete an 8-hour HUD-approved homebuyer education course through a DHAP-approved provider such as BCL of Texas. Get pre-approved by a DHAP-approved lender, then submit an application online through the Neighborly Software portal.
