Up to $15,000 grant (First Front Door) or up to $20,000 grant (First Front Door Keys for first-generation buyers)
FFD grant requires 5 years of owner-occupancy. Keys grant terms set by FHLBank Pittsburgh.

Eligibility

  • Income limits: At or below 80% AMI for FFD; at or below 120% AMI for FFD Keys. Must be first-time homebuyer.
  • First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have owned a home previously. Keys requires first-generation and/or minority homebuyer status.
  • Geographic restrictions: Available through Erie Federal Credit Union for homes in the Erie area
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes
