How to Apply for Fort Bend County HFC Down Payment Assistance Program
Step 1: Have your lender contact Program Administrator Sonia Aldrett at Covenant Capital: 713-383-7273 or Sonia@CovenantCapital.org. Funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to up to 60 homebuyers per year. Homebuyer education certification is required prior to closing.
