  • First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have owned a home in at least the past three years.
  • Geographic restrictions: Homes are built across all 15 towns on Cape Cod.
  • Homebuyer education required: No

How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod Homeownership Program

Step 1: Download and complete the Homeowner Application from Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod. Selected families must contribute 240-360 sweat equity hours and pay a 5% down payment at closing. Contact Habitat at (508) 362-3559 or visit habitatcapecod.org.
