How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity Snohomish County Homeownership Program
Attend a Habitat Snohomish homebuyer information session (schedules posted at habitatsnohomish.org).
Submit an application when Habitat Snohomish opens its next homeowner application window.
Approved applicants move forward to a Homebuyer Interview with the Homeowner Selection Committee.
Complete required participation hours (sweat equity — helping build your home and your neighbor's home, volunteering at the Habitat Store, or other approved community service).
Complete required homebuyer education.
Finance the purchase with an affordable Habitat mortgage and close on your home.
