How to Apply for HAC Cape Cod Down Payment & Closing Cost Assistance

Step 1: Contact the Housing Assistance Corporation at (508) 771-5400 to schedule homebuyer counseling. Complete a HUD-approved homebuyer education course through HAC. Work with HAC to determine DPA eligibility and apply for assistance.
