  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a HOME Rochester rehabilitated property within the City of Rochester.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for HOME Rochester Program

Step 1: Complete the application and submit to homebuyer@cityofrochester.gov. Get qualified through the City of Rochester, complete pre- and post-purchase counseling, utilize a participating bank, qualify for a conventional fixed-rate mortgage, and contribute $1,500 to equity by closing.
