How to Apply for HomeChoice Down Payment Assistance
Step 1: Complete the five-hour WSHFC homebuyer education class.
Step 2: Gather disability documentation for the borrower or household member.
Step 3: Apply through a WSHFC participating lender who will verify eligibility and reserve the HomeChoice DPA.
