How to Apply for Homes and Hope Community Land Trust Homeownership
Step 1: Visit homesandhopeclt.org to learn about current and upcoming home availability. Attend an informational session or contact Homes and Hope CLT to join the interest list. Complete a HUD-approved homebuyer education course. Meet with a Homes and Hope advisor to review eligibility, credit, and financing. Get pre-approved by a participating lender. Once homes are ready, apply to purchase an available CLT property. Close on your home and sign the renewable ground lease.
Notes
Homes and Hope CLT has purchased two parcels of vacant land in Everett. The first site will include 11 small homes (up to 1,200 sq ft) in an intentional low-sensory-stimulation community. Additional builds of 30 larger homes (1,500-1,800 sq ft) are planned. Home availability is limited — early registration on interest lists is encouraged.
