How to Apply for Howard County Moderate Income Housing Unit (MIHU) Program
Complete an application during one of four open enrollment periods held quarterly (January, April, July, and October). Eligible applicants are placed in a database and notified when MIHUs become available. Selection is by lottery. Contact 410-313-6318 option 2 or housing@howardcountymd.gov.
