Notes

Deed-restricted affordable homes sold well below market value via lottery in one of Massachusetts most expensive towns where market-rate homes often exceed $1.3 million. LexHAB has developed 85 housing units since 1983. The Lexington Affordable Housing Trust, funded through the Community Preservation Act, supports the creation and preservation of affordable housing. Homes are deed-restricted in perpetuity for newly constructed affordable homeownership units.
