- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have owned a home in the past 3 years.
- Credit score minimum: 640
- Geographic restrictions: Available statewide in Louisiana.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
How to Apply for LHC MRB Home Program
Step 1: Contact an LHC-approved participating lender. The MRB Home program offers a below-market interest rate first mortgage with the grant assistance bundled in. Complete homebuyer education before closing.
