How to Apply for Metro West CD First Home Down Payment Assistance

Step 1: Take a homebuyer education class certified by the Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative. Classes are generally 12 hours of instruction over two or three evenings. In-person Housing Clinics are held on the 1st Tuesday of the month, rotating between Watertown, Newton, and Natick. Contact Metro West CD at 617-923-3505 for details.
