- Income limits: 1 person: up to $95,620; 2 persons: up to $109,200; 3 persons: up to $122,920; 4 persons: up to $136,500
- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have owned a home previously.
- Geographic restrictions: Must be a Miami-Dade County resident at time of application and loan closing.
