Geographic restrictions: Must be a Middlesex County resident for at least one year. Must purchase in any Middlesex County municipality except New Brunswick and Perth Amboy. Maximum purchase price $431,000.

How to Apply for Middlesex County American Dream Downpayment Program

Step 1: Contact Melissa Bellamy at (732) 745-3025 for information and application materials. Must complete an in-person group homebuyer training course from a HUD-approved counseling agency prior to closing. Must put down at least 1% of purchase price from own funds.
