How to Apply for Missouri City First Time Homebuyer Program

Step 1: Contact the City of Missouri City Community Development Division at (281) 403-8628 or cdbg@missouricitytx.gov. You must be a legal U.S. resident, meet HUD first-time homebuyer definition, and provide full income and asset documentation. You cannot be delinquent on student loans, federal/state/local taxes, property taxes, utility payments, or city services.
