How to Apply for City of North Miami First-Time Homebuyer Assistance Program
Contact the City of North Miami Community Planning and Development Department at 12300 NE 8th Avenue, North Miami, FL 33161. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis while funding is available. You must have 3% of the purchase price available from your own funds and complete an 8-hour HUD-approved homebuyer education workshop.
