How to Apply for City of North Miami First-Time Homebuyer Assistance Program

Step 1: Contact the City of North Miami Community Planning and Development Department at 12300 NE 8th Avenue, North Miami, FL 33161. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis while funding is available. You must have 3% of the purchase price available from your own funds and complete an 8-hour HUD-approved homebuyer education workshop.

Notes

Funded through HUD HOME and State SHIP programs. HOME funds have a $370,000 purchase price cap while SHIP funds allow up to $460,000. Maximum liquid assets: $30,000.
