Includes Yukon, Bethany, Mustang, Warr Acres, and unincorporated parts of OK/CN counties.

How to Apply for Oklahoma / Canadian Counties HOME Down Payment Assistance Program
Step 1: Apply through the Community Action Agency of Oklahoma City at (405) 232-0199. Buyer must contribute 1% to 1.75% of purchase price from own funds. Front-end DTI capped at 35%, back-end at 50%. HUD-approved homebuyer education required prior to assistance.

Purchase price cap: $157,000 for existing homes, $238,000 for new construction in Canadian County. Funded through HUD HOME Investment Partnerships Program. Verify current funding availability with CAA.
