How to Apply for City of Rochester Employer Assisted Housing Initiative (EAHI)

Step 1: Confirm your employer participates in the EAHI program. Submit a Homebuyer Services application and meet with a counselor before executing an offer. Contact homebuyer@cityofrochester.gov. Must contribute $1,500 of own funds.

Participating employers include University of Rochester, RIT, Kodak, and RCSD. Employer provides minimum $1,000 benefit matched with City funds. Compatible with Homebuyer Dream Program, SONYMA, and HOME Rochester.
