How to Apply for Sam Smith Hi Neighbor Homeownership Fund
Step 1: Contact HomeSight at (206) 760-4200 or visit homesightwa.org to begin an intake.
Step 2: Complete homebuyer education with HomeSight.
Step 3: Work with a HomeSight-approved lender to layer the Sam Smith Fund with your first mortgage and any other DPA products.
Step 4: Close on your home.
