How to Apply for Snohomish County Down Payment Assistance Program

Step 1: Complete a HUD-approved homebuyer education course. Contact HomeSight at 206-723-4355 for current program availability and eligibility review. Work with a HomeSight-approved lender to get pre-approved for a first mortgage. Find a home in Snohomish County within program purchase-price limits.
