How to Apply for SONYMA DPAL PLUS
Step 1: Contact a SONYMA-approved participating lender. Complete homebuyer education through a SONYMA-approved housing counseling agency. Apply for a SONYMA Achieving the Dream mortgage with the DPAL PLUS add-on.
