How to Apply for South Shore Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program

Step 1: Apply through South Shore Habitat for Humanity. Selection is based on level of need, willingness to partner with Habitat, evaluation of debt, income, and credit scores, and ability to repay an affordable mortgage. Family partners complete 250 hours of volunteer time per adult and participate in homeownership and financial classes.
