Zero-interest mortgage. Homeowners invest 250 hours of sweat equity building their home and complete 20 hours of Homebuyers College.

- Geographic restrictions: Serves Arlington, Fort Worth, and surrounding Tarrant County communities.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
How to Apply for Trinity Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program
Step 1: Visit the Trinity Habitat for Humanity website and complete the Mortgage Counseling Questionnaire.
Step 2: If you meet preliminary qualifications, you will be invited to complete a formal homeownership application.
Step 3: Complete 250 hours of sweat equity on Habitat projects.
Step 4: Complete 20 hours of Homebuyers College covering budgeting, legal issues, safety, financial stability, and home maintenance.
Step 5: Work with Trinity Habitat to finalize your zero-interest mortgage and move into your new home.

Trinity Habitat for Humanity serves the greater Fort Worth and Arlington area. Houses are sold to partner families at no profit with zero-interest financing. Selection is based on level of need, willingness to partner, and ability to repay.
