  • Geographic restrictions: Serves Daytona Beach, Debary, Deltona, Enterprise, Holly Hill, Orange City, Ormond Beach, Osteen, Port Orange, and South Daytona in Volusia County.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Volusia County Homeownership Program

Applicants must demonstrate need for housing, ability to pay an affordable mortgage, and willingness to partner with Habitat. Must complete 350-500 sweat equity hours and homebuyer education classes.
