  • Geographic restrictions: Available nationwide including Philadelphia. NACA has a Philadelphia office.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for NACA Purchase Program

Step 1: Become a NACA member ($36/year). Attend a NACA Homebuyer Workshop. Work with a NACA counselor to get financially prepared and NACA-qualified. The process typically takes about 3 months from workshop to qualification.

Notes

No minimum credit score. Focuses on 12-month payment history instead. Interest rates for non-priority members: 6.625% (30-year), 6.125% (20-year), 6.125% (15-year). Priority members receive lower rates.
