- Income limits: Household income up to 150% of Area Median Income per Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac AMI Lookup Tools.
- Purchase price limit: $650,000
- First-time buyer required: No
- Credit score minimum: 640
- Geographic restrictions: Available statewide in Georgia. Maximum sales price varies by county: $650,000 in Atlanta MSA, $575,000 in Athens MSA, $500,000 in all other counties.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
How to Apply for Georgia Dream Peach Advantage Program
Step 1: Contact a Georgia Dream participating lender at 800-359-4663. Conventional loans only. Complete HUD-approved homebuyer education before closing.
