How to Apply
- Step 1:
Check your eligibility. The DeKalb County First-Time Homebuyer Program requires household income below 80% of HUD Median Income for DeKalb County. The WE DeKalb program has its own income and loan limits but does not require first-time buyer status. Georgia Dream has separate income limits of $130,290 (1-2 persons) or $149,833 (3+ persons).
