How to Apply
- Step 1:
Check your eligibility. The City of Marietta program requires household income within HUD low-to-moderate income guidelines. - Step 2:
Complete homebuyer education. Georgia Dream requires homebuyer education through a DCA-certified housing counseling agency or an online course through E-Home America. Call (800) 569-4287 to find a HUD-approved counselor near Marietta, or visit the HUB Georgia website at thehubga.org.
- Step 3:
