How to Apply for National Faith Homebuyers Down Payment Assistance
Step 1: Contact National Faith Homebuyers at (678) 553-3770. Buyer must provide $1,000 of own funds. Mortgage must allow secondary financing. Monthly payments must be below 31% of gross monthly income. Must complete National Faith Home Buyer Education Program or another approved course.
