How to Apply for Maryland SmartBuy 3.0

Step 1: Work with an MMP-approved lender. Full student loan balance for at least one borrower must be paid off at closing. Borrower must contribute at least 5% of the sales price from personal funds.

Notes

Borrower must have a minimum student loan balance of $1,000. Full student debt must be entirely paid off at purchase, not partially.
