Eligibility

  • Income limits:
    Borrower income must meet the income guidelines of the chosen first mortgage (FHA, VA, USDA, or conventional). DTI capped at 45%, or up to 50% with a 680+ credit score.
  • First-time buyer required: No
  • Credit score minimum: 640
  • Geographic restrictions:
    Available statewide in Oklahoma. Property must be a 1-2 unit home, condo, or PUD and serve as the primary residence. Co-ops not allowed; manufactured homes only if they meet lender standards.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes
