- Step 3:

- Step 4:
Apply for the Hidalgo County Homebuyer Assistance Program. Contact the Hidalgo County Urban County Program Department to apply for deferred loan assistance. The home must be within Hidalgo County boundaries and meet Housing Quality Standards.
